Scheduled after hour services are available.

IT support for a variety of needs: questions, form creation, project work and more.
Send documents via email for troubleshooting or repair.
Prior client administrative approval is necessary.

Employee telephone support is available with the prior knowledge and approval of client administration.
NOTE: It is strongly encouraged that administrative personnel establish a point of contact. Employees who
are authorized to email and/or call for computer support as needed may collectively do so more than client
administration are aware - and are able to finance. To date, this is a successful policy!

Monthly Invoices are Sent via Email in PDF.
For Your Convienience, Hourly Consulting May be Purchased in Blocks of Time
Prepaid Consulting Hours do NOT Expire.
