  • Remote computer support includes assistance with merge, macros, troubleshooting and more!
  • Computer training via simultaneous internet and telephone support.
  • Scheduled after hour services are available.

  • IT support for a variety of needs: questions, form creation, project work and more.
  • Send documents via email for troubleshooting or repair.
  • Prior client administrative approval is necessary.


  • Scheduled Teleconferencing
  • Take advantage of the FREE 30 minute needs analysis!
  • Computer training and troubleshooting over the phone!
  • Employee telephone support is available with the prior knowledge and approval of client administration.


  • NOTE: It is strongly encouraged that administrative personnel establish a point of contact. Employees who are authorized to email and/or call for computer support as needed may collectively do so more than client administration are aware - and are able to finance. To date, this is a successful policy!
